Return & Refund Policy

At Orlivo, customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible customers will receive a refund. A 10% deduction will be applied to the total order amount as a restocking and processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another available method agreed upon by Orlivo. Items that are damaged, used, or do not meet the return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
